Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard > Settings > Subscription. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and confirm your choice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.

You continue to have full access to your plan features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The Grace Period

After your paid period ends, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time:

  • Your public menu remains visible to customers in read-only mode
  • A banner appears on your menu indicating the account status
  • You cannot add or edit menu items, generate 3D models, or place orders
  • You can still log in to your dashboard and view your data
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full access

The grace period gives you time to decide without losing your work. If you reactivate during the grace period, everything picks up right where you left off.

Data Retention After Cancellation

We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation. This includes your restaurant profile, menu items, photos, 3D models, and analytics history. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted by our automated cleanup system.

Before your data is deleted, you can download a complete export from Dashboard > Settings > Data & Privacy. The export includes your account information, restaurant profile, all menu items, order history, and analytics data in JSON format.

We strongly recommend exporting your data before your 90-day retention period ends if you think you might need it in the future.

Reactivating Your Account

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time during the grace period. Go to Dashboard > Settings and click the "Reactivate" button. You will be taken through the Stripe checkout process to select a new plan.

Upon reactivation, your menu goes back to full active status immediately. All your menu items, photos, 3D models, and settings are preserved exactly as they were.
